wow i really have neglected this thing..but for the summer i will try to update more often.
Spain was amazing...i in no way could write all that happened... but i will list the highlights from each city -
*BARCELONA*
- Las Ramblas
- Swimming in the Mediteranian with Jared and Christina
- Meeting some guys from UC
- Street Performers
- Riding the Subway
- Sitting in a park with the pigeons nearby and basking in the sun near a fountain - oh so beautiful
- Seeing the Christopher Columbus and 1992 olympics monuments
- Flamenco
- Having a sleepover with Jared and Christina
- Drinking my first beer!
- Seeing La Sagrada Familia and Parque Guell, where i plan on being married...yea i wish
*PAMPLONA*
- Seeing the running of the bulls route
*BILBAO/BURGOS*
- Climbing the mountain with Christina, Bekah, Laura, Jessica, Preston, Chris, Bryan, Nick and Jared
- Trying to order 10 drinks at a bar that only fit 5 people inside, while not getting caught by our teachers
- Going to the Guegennheim, I've never really appreciated art before, but just walking through that museum by myself was soothing and you could actually feel the emotions from the artist's work
- Not waking up to the alarm and getting on the bus 10 minutes after waking up
*SAN SEBASTIAN*
- Shopping with Christina and Shannon
- The beautiful climb up the mountain with Bryan and Nick with the view of the Mediteranian
- Buying my watch in a store that sold weed in the back room
- Seeing the most beautiful harbor on the entire trip - this city was defintly one of the prettiest
- Going into an internet Cafe
*FRANCE*
- We visited France on the afternoon we were at San Sebastian
- Swimming in the Castilian Sea
- Meeting Tad, a sophmore in college from New York
- Collecting Rocks with Bekah and Christina
- Body surfing with Preston and Nick
- Laying on the beach and checking out the hott boys from Scotland
- Trying to ask where a bathroom was...in French
- Eating a Crepe from a stand on the street for 2 euros mmmm yum...
*TOLEDO*
- Going into a castle from the 1400's
- Visiting a sword and jewelry making factory, where everything is made by hand
- Riding up with Bekah and hearing Christina and Bryan sing Constantine 5 times
- Seeing the oldest operating Mosque in history
- Seeing El Grecco's "The burial of Count Orgaz", his most famous work
*MADRID*
- Visiting a working Monestary, and getting a tour from a Monk and hearing him explain Bible stories in Spanish - whoa it was way cool
- Taking a tour of RealMadrid's soccer stadium and riding in a taxi to get there
- Watching the Spain vs. Portugal eurocup game
- Going to a disco and danching with Spanish boys and learning to Salsa dance
- Going out every night to a different bar
- Eathing churros at a chocolateria
- Drinking Sangrea
- seeing a concert at La Plaza Mayor
- Seeing Bekah drunk and talking to a guy named Justo who tried to get us free drinks
*PLANE RIDE BACK*
- Almost missing our plane back home
- Watchin Dirty Dancing Havana nights twice
Spain was definitly the best time in my entire life, i have so many memories and a story for each, i took 5 rolls of pictures so hopefully i will never forget anything....
