RETREAT

Hey all i got back from my retreat this weekend - I had SO MUCH FUN!!! yay! lol i knew i would have fun but not this much - i seriously didnt want to come home for like anohter week. It was so peaceful and just so much fun. There were only like 5 or 6 guys there but it was still great fun.
Last nite from like 11:30 to 1 we played capture the flag in a feild. yea i know a field but hey it was so dark it still worked. Actually it was really bright for being in the middle of the nite because the moon was out and the sky was just so clear it was just so beautiful! i dunno i think being in nature with your firends and just knowing that God is there with you and i dunno it was great fun even though we didnt play really competivly or anything. So after that it was just really cold and we had to check in with Heather back @ our dodge so we went back. Then we played like cards and just hung out and talked and played guitar (well actually more GREG played the guitar adn we listned, but whatever)so then @ 2:30 we had to go to bed.
Then we woke up and went to breakfest and that was awesome what a great breakfest - I was impressed we had french toast, bacon, sausage, hot cocoa and then oj adn milk. You have to understand that was liek the first time i had an actual breakfest in like a month. My usual breakfest consists of toast on the weekends and nothin wheni have school. so then we had worship witch was AWESOME! yeah it was great my 2 favortie worships have been @ Camp Otterbien the one in confirmation adn this one. i really liked it - we sang and then we had bible readings and the best part was when Heather read us this story about a person goin to meet the Lord and we imagined it as she talked i really liked it and then we had a discusion on the scriptures and the story adn stuff. Then we sang more it was great all outside.
But my fav part was the ropes course. I was so proud of myself. @ first i wasnt gonna do anyting @ all but i ended up gettting up there and doin 4 things 2 times each! yay go me. so thats all for now i'l write more lata gotta go make a cd for kerri- bye all!
